The company sets up forging plant at Mohali (India) to provide quality equipments with reliable deliveries. BSL expands it's market to the USA, Malta, Egypt; opens up stock & sales yards at Australia, U.K.& Holland.
The latest manufacturing unit setup at Madras (South of India) to cater to the Southern parts of India & the far eastern countries.
Proceeding towards ISO - 9000. The overall business reduces to some extent due to major recessions. But the organization successfully tides over the difficult time.
Some of the manufacturing units get ISO-9000 Certificate. Again the business improves. Consolidation of markets and enhancement of business are the main aims.
This financial year has been very good for both domestic and international business .The turnover was Rs.4500 lacs ISO certification for the whole organization has been planned.
Towards further backward integration, BSL sets up a new and modern own Tube Mill with Galvanizing facilities in Haridwar (India) to provide quality equipments with reliable deliveries. Suddenly by the end of 2005, the production capacity will increase manifold to cater the growing demand of scaffolding and formwork

The company has been consolidating it's position by adding tube mill at Nashik and initiating another large manufacturing unit with backward integration at Una, Himachal Pradesh. The turnover is expected to be very encouraging. The tube mill at Haridwar receives BIS certifications.
